Deborah is a capacity building expert and entrepreneurship aficionado. She has over 14 years of work experience in various capacities with both local and international Non-Governmental Organizations and other sectors. She is a technical consultant in entrepreneurship, financial/ Cash flow projection and analysis, business research, product development, business plan, NGOs, human capital management and organizational development.

Debby was Chief Executive Officer of El-Bethel Global Initiative (NGO) and El-bethel Global Business School Ltd– a business development training school that has successfully trained hundreds of existing and aspiring entrepreneurs around the nation.

She is also a coach and mentor on self-discovery and career development. Convener of Campus Emerging CEOs Network and initiator of CEO Connect, a proposed African TV Talk Show, a TV Mentoring Platform showcasing entrepreneurs in Africa with their works. Debby is a regular guest at AIT Money line With Nancy. She is a winner of the 2013 YouWin! women (Youth Enterprise With Innovation In Nigeria) grant award
