Mrs. Eugenia Marcus holds a B.Sc in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Port Harcourt, with almost a decade work experience in insurance and investment. She has evolved as a thoroughbred entrepreneur and manages business concerns chief of which is Truffles Global Resources a food Service Company located in the heart of Port Harcourt. She is a consummate believer in personal development and has attended lots of Seminars and courses this was brought to the fore in 2011 after her time at Quantum Business School Port Harcourt. She is an Alumni of the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan Atlantic University Lagos where she successfully completed the Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management program under the World Bank sponsored project WomenX in August 2016.

In 2017 Diamond Bank recognised her for her contribution to SME’s at the 63rd Diamond Bank Business Seminar where she was the keynote speaker. She is an Associate Member of WimBiz (Women in management business and public service) an organisation that is dedicated to changing the status of women, an associate member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria, and also a member of Neca’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women (a business membership organisation) where she serves in the training committee. She is passionate about Women in business particularly in the MSME space and this has led to her setting up a Not-For-Profit organisation Fresh View Empowerment Initiative through which she promotes the message of Sustainability and Scalability of female owned Enterprises. She is an Accredited Management Consultant. She currently runs a Coaching/Consulting practice that works with MSME owners in setting up structures in their Businesses. She is widowed but blessed with two wonderful children Tonye and Ifiemi Marcus.
